What Happens Next?

Once you submit both the contract and the intake form, your onboarding process officially begins:

  1. Application Submission (Within 10 Days): Provided that all your information is fully complete, our team will draft and submit your targeted network applications (Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial Panels) within 10 business days.

  2. Data Verification: If we find any missing or incomplete information upon reviewing your files, an email will be sent to you immediately requesting clarification so we can get your applications back on track.

  3. Tracking Updates: We will handle all the tedious back-and-forth phone calls with insurance coordinators and keep you updated on your panel approval status.
