At Holistika Consulting, we provide insurance credentialing services for CNSs, dietitians, and functional practitioners who want to get in-network with major insurance companies—without the overwhelm.
Every credentialing package includes:
Step-by-step personalized credentialing support
NPI and CAQH setup or review
Completion and submission of insurance applications
Contract tracking and payer follow-ups
Access to your personalized credentialing tracker to monitor progress in real time
Note: Credentialing packages no longer include complimentary intake or coaching calls. Optional coaching support is available at a reduced rate for active credentialing clients.

Monthly Group Q&A Calls
Monthly Group Q&A Calls
Our Monthly Professional Q&A Calls are informal, supportive live sessions designed to give nutrition and healthcare professionals a dedicated space to ask real-world questions and receive practical guidance on credentialing, billing, private practice operations, compliance, and business growth.
These sessions are intentionally flexible and conversational, allowing participants to bring forward current challenges and receive insight from experienced professionals, including RDNs, CNSs, CNS candidates, and, when available, billing specialists, attorneys, CPAs, and other invited experts.
Access & Pricing
1. Active Holistika Consulting Credentialing Clients
Active credentialing clients receive complimentary access to the Monthly Professional Q&A Calls for their first three (3) months while actively working with Holistika Consulting.
Includes:
Monthly live group Q&A calls
Direct access to submit questions in advance
Support on credentialing, insurance contracting, billing, and practice setup topics
After the initial three-month complimentary period, continued participation is available for $49/month.
2. Non-Credentialing Professionals
Nutrition and healthcare professionals not currently credentialing with Holistika Consulting may join for $49/month.
Membership includes:
Monthly live group Q&A calls
Ability to submit questions in advance
Practical guidance on private practice, billing, compliance, and growth
Access to a professional peer community

To ensure the calls are practical and relevant, participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance.
A simple question submission form will be provided to all members
Questions may be submitted at any time prior to the monthly call
Selected questions will be addressed during the live session
Time permitting, additional live questions will also be taken
This helps ensure each session is organized, focused, and maximizes value for all participants.
