At Holistika Consulting, we provide insurance credentialing services for CNSs, dietitians, and functional practitioners who want to get in-network with major insurance companies—without the overwhelm.
Every credentialing package includes:
Step-by-step personalized credentialing support
NPI and CAQH setup or review
Completion and submission of insurance applications
Contract tracking and payer follow-ups
Access to your personalized credentialing tracker to monitor progress in real time
Note: Credentialing packages no longer include complimentary intake or coaching calls. Optional coaching support is available at a reduced rate for active credentialing clients.
Payment Options
We understand that investing in your practice is a big step—so we offer flexible payment options:
Pay in Full
Deposit and rest is due in 60 days

Solo Provider Credentialing
$200 per commercial insurance application
$250 for Medicare credentialing
$250 for State Medicaid credentialing
Group Practice (2-5 providers)
Pricing is per provider and includes individual onboarding and credentialing:
$175 per commercial insurance application
$250 for Medicare credentialing
$250 for Medicaid credentialing
Large Group Practices (6+)
We offer custom pricing for high-volume practices.

Weekly Group Q&A Calls
Weekly Professional Group Q&A Calls
Our Weekly Q&A calls are informal, supportive check-ins designed to give nutrition and healthcare professionals a space to ask real questions and get practical guidance—without pressure or rigid structure.
These live group calls often include RDNs, CNSs, CNS candidates, and, when available, CPAs, attorneys, and other invited experts who join to help answer questions related to credentialing, billing, practice setup, compliance, and growth.
