Credentialing Services Overview
At Holistika Consulting, we provide credentialing services for CNSs, dietitians, and holistic practitioners who want to get in-network with major insurance companies—without the overwhelm.
Every credentialing package includes:

(Normally $175/hour – included FREE in your package)
We'll review your practice goals, answer questions, and create a custom plan.✅ Step-by-step personalized support
You’ll never be left wondering what’s next—we guide you through the entire process.✅ NPI and CAQH setup or review
✅ Completion and submission of insurance applications
✅ Contract tracking, payer follow-ups, and email templates
✅ Access to your own credentialing tracker to monitor progress in real-time

Credentialing Services Pricing
Solo Provider Credentialing
$200 per commercial insurance application
$150 per application when submitting 4 or more commercial applications at once
$250 for Medicare credentialing
$250 for State Medicaid credentialing
Group Practice (2-5 providers)
Pricing is per provider and includes individual onboarding and credentialing:
$175 per commercial insurance application
$250 for Medicare credentialing
$250 for Medicaid credentialing
Large Group Practices (6+)
We offer custom pricing for high-volume practices.

1-on-1 Coaching for Nutrition Professionals
At Holistika Consulting, we offer 1-on-1 coaching for CNSs, dietitians, and holistic practitioners who want expert guidance in building, expanding, or streamlining their private practice—without the guesswork.
$175 per hour – fully customized to your needs
Our private coaching sessions are designed to support CNSs, dietitians, and holistic practitioners at any stage of building or expanding a private practice.
Your 60-minute session can be used for anything you need, including but not limited to:
✅ Understanding the credentialing process
✅ Expanding your practice across multiple states
✅ Navigating licensing requirements (CNS/Dietitian)
✅ Choosing the right EMR and billing systems
✅ Setting up your business structure
✅ Streamlining admin and hiring systems
✅ Insurance billing questions and best practices
