Our Billing Process & Scope
Specialized Scope: Billing services are strictly limited to Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
Flexible Submission Schedule: Claims are submitted on a daily to weekly basis, depending on workload and practice volume.
Comprehensive Follow-Up: Complete denial tracking, appeals, and resubmissions to capture maximum revenue.
Performance-Based Pricing: Simple 7% fee on all paid claims. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.

Clinical & Billing Requirements
To ensure zero delay in reimbursement and prevent claim denials, all onboarding clients must adhere to the following protocols:
Signed Charting Notes
All clinical notes must be fully signed and completed by the rendering provider prior to claim submission.
Medical Diagnosis & Referrals:
Any claim that includes a medical diagnosis in charting must include an official medical referral or supporting documentation from a PCP, MD, DO, or other physician authorized to diagnose.
Clearinghouse Admin Access
To manage submissions, track claims, and handle rejections efficiently, our team must be added as an Admin Biller to your existing clearinghouse account.
Eligibility & Key Terms
Practice Minimum: Practices must generate a minimum of $3,000 in monthly gross claims payments to qualify for our billing services.
Rate: 7% fee based on total paid claims.
Invoicing Schedule: Invoices are generated monthly. Payment is due on the 15th of each month.
